Jim Boccher has been with DSI Holdings for over 6 years. In his current position as the President and CEO Jim is responsible for the strategic direction of DSI including effectively communicating the vision to the more than 500 team members nationwide. Jim prides himself on creating and maintaining a constructive, inclusive environment for employees with a focus on personal development and teamwork. He has created a culture in which employees actively root for and support their co-workers and take great pride in team success.

Jim honed this skill for developing strong teams as a collegiate football coach with universities such as Central Michigan University, University of Michigan and Ferris State University. Jim then combined his coaching and team leadership talent with extensive sales experience across a variety of industries such as pharma, real estate and property management. While these may seem like very different fields to some, Jim recognized the similarity of driving success and bottom-line results through recruiting, developing and leading high performing teams.

This combination of leading high performing teams and client oriented sales is clearly evident in disaster situations when our SRM teams mobilize to help rebuild communities. These moments are some of Jim’s proudest as team members’ amazing commitment to service results in them unselfishly sacrificing time away from home to help those in need. Whether that means responding to floods in the Midwest over a holiday weekend, helping with wildfires out West or hurricanes in the Southeast, Jim swells with pride each time our team members rise to the challenge, putting the needs of others before our own. Jim believes this is central to the DSI culture.
